KAC Energy Exhibit Building Air Cooled Chillers Replacement at KACWC, Ithra.

The SOW is professional construction services to perform the following:

• Replacement of two (2) existing Air-Cooled Chillers (230 Tons each) located at Energy Exhibit chiller area.
• Replacement of five (5) existing Air Handling Unit fan motors which are to be compatible with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).
• Replacement of existing Air Curtain for Loading Dock Energy Exhibit.
• Supply and installation of Variable Air Volume – VAV in Energy Exhibit ground floor and basement for office areas.
• Supply and installation of BMS services associated with the replacement works.
• Replacement of existing old MCC and Electrical Panel boards.
• Provision of Electrical services associated with replacement / rectification of HVAC works.
• Testing and commissioning of all newly installed equipment and associated airside testing for all AHUs and Extract Fans ductwork and air outlets.
