Construction of Vacant Area Workshop Ext-3 Inside Hail-2 Power Plant.
BRIEF SCOPE:
The SOW is to provide the detailed Engineering, Design, Procure, Supply all materials and equipment for Construction of New WORKSHOP in the vacant area at Ext-3 inside HAIL-2 Power Plant. The Construction scope includes Fabrication and Installation of Pre-Engineering steel structural metal building (50m x 30m), with related Civil and MEP works which shall include but not limited to the following;
Lean concrete: under footing, grade beams, grade slab and other lean concrete elements.
Reinforced concrete: foundation, pedestals, columns, grade beams and other concrete elements.
Structural steel framing and accessories.
Panel roofing.
Fire Protection: Supply & Installation of portable fire extinguishers, Supply & Installation of Automatic Fire detection and protection system for complete Workshop.
Configuration & interfacing with existing systems and connection/ interface with fire station building..
HVAC system and equipment installation.
Electrical Systems: Main power supply cable from Power Source to Power and Lighting Panel-PLP shall be provided, installed and connected by the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR shall also provide and install panel – PLP, all equipment, devices and materials for the lighting, power and grounding as required to complete the electrical systems.
Proper ventilation system, sun lighting facility for working area, and air conditioning system will be provided for habitable areas and I&C/electrical store room.
