Service Agreement for Sub-contract Works Under Main Facility Maintenance Contractor
BRIEF SCOPE:
The work under this service contact involves execution of various Facility Services maintenance projects through RPO basis in King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (KACWC) at Ithra, and Central operation area, which shall include but not limited to:
- Installation, maintenance, repair and testing of all electrical and electronic systems
- HVAC system
- Fire fighting and protection systems
- Intruder detection and door access systems
- Major repair
- Renovation
- Alterations
