Expansion of Parking Lot at Mangrove Eco Park, Ras Tanura
BRIEF SCOPE:
The construction SOW includes but not limited to civil, structural and electrical work, including structural design. Installation of Chain Hoist hanging point This SOW describes New Car Parking spaces at Mangrove Eco Park. The work includes but is not limited to provide Car Parking with consideration of parking for 38 vehicle spaces and circulation. The parking space shall be located near the Pump Room at Mangrove ECO park for the parking users, as shown on the design drawings, parking spacing shall be marked according to Saudi Aramco Standards & including above ground safety traffic signs & on the ground markings.
Parking area shall be storm water accumulation free by providing an adequate storm drainage system to carry away rain water. Bracket/Anchorage, Supply & installation of Additional Belay Rail Balustrades, Fabrication & installation of Stage Dock Door Pockets, Fabrication & installation of Power flying system, Installation of Electrical Distribution Boards, Installation of sliding door pockets, Installation of Cable Tray, Laying of Power & Control Cable for Chain Hoist, Installation of 8 way & 4 Controller for Chain Hoist, Testing, Commissioning.
- Install new approved Car Parking as per the proposed Dwg.
- New 100mm wide line width Paint in between car parking for marking as per the proposed Dwg
- New 200mm wide marking Yellow Paint as per proposed Dwg
- Install Solid Concrete Bumper with Yellow Paint finish.
- New asphalt concrete finish for the road at the new parking area.
- New sidewalk provided with new interlocking tiles, color of the interlocking tiles to be approved.
- New Galvanized iron guard railing to match the existing color and design.
- Install New Rip Rap.
- New Standard road concrete valley gutter.
