SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR SUB-CONTRACT WORKS UNDER MAIN GS CONTRACTOR {KHALID R. AL-BOUHAIMED CONT}:
BRIEF SCOPE:
The work under this service contact involves execution of various GSO Projects through a Work Order or Release POs within 100 Kilometre radius of the geographical operational area of Dhahran main gate.
Main Scope of Work is to provide supervision, technical services, specialized craftsmen, labours, equipment and tools, materials, vehicles and transportation to perform building trades, facilities, maintenance WORK activities which shall include but not limited to:
- Major maintenance & repair, Renovation, Alterations or modernization of community residential buildings, offices buildings, and other industrial and non-industrial facilities in Central Community operation area
- Installation, maintenance, repair and testing of all electrical and electronic systems
- Fire fighting and Fire protection systems
- HVAC systems and Ducting
- Security and Access control systems
