HVAC Enhancement for the Auditorium and Tower building in KACWC, Ithra, Dhahran
BRIEF SCOPE:
The scope of work is to upgrade HVAC system in Auditorium and Tower buildings at Ithra, for the following AHU’s but not limited to the following;
- Civil/Demolition
- Mechanical - Demolition of pipes / Removal of Existing Cooling Coils and Fan Motors
- HVAC system - Auditorium AHUs - Auditorium Plant Room (A-K-AHU-402, A-K-AHU-403 and A-K-AHU-406) - Fan Motor Replacement, Cooling Coil Replacement & Chilled water Pipe modification
- VIP Break - Out room - Level 04 Auditorium - New FCU Installation
- Control system - Integrate the new control valves, FCUs, fan motors, FFU in the AHUs, VFDs etc. with the existing BMS.
- Electrical system - Electrical demolition of existing system, new installation
- Testing & Commissioning
