BRIEF SCOPE:
The construction SOW includes but not limited to upgrade DDC & Control of the AHU for Emergency Chiller, Installation of New Chiller including with Piping Network, Construction of Chiller & Pump R/F concrete Pad, Installation of New Electrical Distribution Board, VFD panel board for HVAC unit, Motor Starter Panel, disconnect switches, Installation of New Chiller Pump, Laying of Power Connection for New Chiller, Copper tubing connection to DPCVs and Commissions, Upgrade the Emergency Pump @ Energy Center, AHU Controller Installation, Testing & commissioning of new chilled water system.
